The experience gained in the specific area allows us to identify, in synergy with the customer, the most appropriate solution for each individual case. Therefore the system can be customized, according to the customer’s needs, by defining the automatic time / cycle conditions during the configuration for each individual system according to: type of waste treated, humidity level, operating potential, type of Steam generator, etc.
Furthermore, we offer the possibility to define and size the plant layout including all the necessary utilities (in / out storage areas, manual and / or automatic handling, re-usable bin management, re-usable sanitation, fire prevention devices, management of non-sterilizable medical waste, etc.)
IN COMBINATION WITH THE SALE OF THE PLANT, CUSTOMERS ARE SUPPORTED IN THE DEFINITION OF THE PROJECT FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF SANITARY AND ADDITIONAL WASTE IN THE PHASES OF:
- preliminary assessment;
- drafting of the economic plan;
- definition of the authorization process and presentation of the project to the competent bodies;
- definition and sizing of the plant layout including all the necessary utilities (in / out storage areas, manual and / or automatic handling, re-usable bin management, re-usable sanitation, fire prevention devices, non-sterilizable medical waste management, etc. );
- drafting of the authorization application.
Scheduled maintenance is guaranteed by Eco.system and consists of:
✓ remote monitoring of the progress of the operating cycles of the plant in order to identify any anomalies and intervene before the occurrence of plant shutdowns,
✓ annual visits, or based on the frequency of use, aimed at ensuring the efficiency and safety of the system and checking all components subject to wear for which it is thus possible to estimate the residual useful life,
✓ planning and scheduling of the necessary replacements in agreement with the customer,
✓ Remote management and remote assistance are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Without prejudice to the replacement of the emission treatment filters (simple and low-cost operation), the system is designed to minimize maintenance interventions and ensure high operational continuity with certain and predictable management costs.
Any necessary extraordinary maintenance interventions are carried out at the customer’s premises quickly with qualified personnel equipped with all the spare parts necessary to allow for a timely restoration of system operations.
